The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984.
The responsibilities include:
Working closely with various Design teams' programmable logic, memory, digital IP, analog and high-speed SERDES from the initial IP/product planning phase through design implementation and verification.
Defining test methodologies, developing test benches & running simulations, deploying test patterns, and validating them on silicon.
Supports product teams with yield improvement and high-speed SERDES and memory interface characterization.
Qualifications
You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
Minimum requirements
The candidate must have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 6+ months of experience in:
Digital Design and/or Test.
TCL/PERL and/or Python.
C and/or C++.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in problem situations including hardware and software.
Experience with Hi-Speed SERDES test.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
