• Contact customer to confirm the input and requirement for product development .
• Analyze customer technical specifications l
• Translates customer “wants” and requirements into technical objectives .
• Preparing the product drawing based on the result of structure design.
• Perform design review to ensure product meet both internal standards and customer requirement.
• Communicate customer for validation requirement and trace the validation status.
• Perform D-FMEA analysis, and set up product characteristic list, DV for responsible projects.
• Project status review and optimization for SOP.
• Fulfill project management.
• Ensure designed structure producible and coordinates prototype build with plant.
• Travel as required for supporting to the customer.
• Performing time and task management to ensure efficient work for multi-projects.
• Technical support inside/outside of department.
• Participate and contribute efforts on teams' objectives.
  

Qualification Requirement

• More than 5 years working experience in thermal engineering industry
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Capability of 3D software, such as Catia, Pro-E, UG
  
• Knowledge and experience in the project management process.

• Good English skills required, both in writing and oral.

• Good understanding and communication skills required.

• Active working attitude required, and perform continuous improvement of capability.

• Analytical capability is preferable
