Join our Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) team as a Product Development Engineer, where you will develop and debug Functional, Memory, and Scan test for FPGA products. In this role, you will make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of testability circuits.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the content development.
- Simulation, validation, characterization, and production test.
- Analyze and evaluate production data with specific emphasis on test coverage, yield, and test time improvement.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience, or
Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 3+ years of industry experience.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing flow with hands-on experience.
- Pre-silicon validation of test content, including test script writing and simulating simulation.
- Post-silicon testing debug using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Knowledge with Perl, Python scripting, C programming, Unix.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
