The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. To expand the technology that provides us with advantages in programmable solutions, we are looking for a phenomenal intern to join our high-powered team. You will also be defining test methodologies, developing test benches amp running simulations, deploying test patterns and validating them on silicon. Your work also supports product teams with yield improvement and highspeed SERDES, and memory interface characterization

Your responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:

  • Working closely with various Design teams.

  • Programmable logic memory digital IP analog and highspeed SERDES from the initial IP .

  • Product planning phase through design implementation and verification.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Willing to work independently.

  • Independently identify, troubleshoot and solve problems.

Length of internship: 6+ months with the possibility to extend it as per business


Qualifications

You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

This is an entry level position and it will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must be pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

6+ months experience in some of the following areas:

  • Programing languages C/C++, Python and/or TCL

  • Digital design

  • CMOS design


Preferred Qualifications

6+ months experience in some of the following areas:

  • Unix/Linux background

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00
