The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers, since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. To expand the technology that provides us with advantages in programmable solutions, we are looking for a phenomenal intern to join our high-powered team.
As a Product Development Engineering Intern your responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits, from the component feasibility stage through production ramp, and making significant contributions to design development and validation of testability circuits
Evaluation development and debug of complex test methods
Developing and debugging complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment
Creation and testing of validation and production test hardware solutions
Analyzing and evaluating component specification versus performance, to ensure optimal match of component requirements, with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split
Creating and applying concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints
Autonomously planning own daily tasks to develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

Length of internship: To start in Q2 2022. Preferable 6-9 months full-time internship.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and it will be compensated accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must be pursuing a MS or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
6+ months experience in some of the following areas:
Unix and/or Linux
Programming scripting (Python, Perl and/or C)
MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Automated Test Equipment (ATE) testing methodology
Data mining and manipulation background SQL and JMP tools background
Scan
Design For Test (DFT) architectures and/or design
Microsoft office suite

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00
