Job Descriptions:
? Four year college degree or higher.
? Fluent in English listening and speaking. Ability of independently working and communicating with foreign teams seamlessly;
? More than two years of fiber coupler product experiences in development, engineering support or production, familiar with the manufacturing process and parameters of such products.
? Project management experience is required;
? Team management experiences with strong communication, analysis, coordination and problem solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for cooperation, training and product line transfer with foreign companies related to fiber coupler products;
? Responsible for overall management of product line;
? Project planning, execution and periodic reports.
? Responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments to ensure on-time project completion.
