Responsible for leading product development projects, specifically, develop product design and manage workstreams in the product development process to ensure timely and accurate implementation of product initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop design of new products/product enhancements; Work closely with Actuarial team to guide desired product specs and pricing results
• Drive overall launch readiness (system, marketing, training, operations, proposal support) - Synthesize market needs, develop competitive analysis
• Coordinate and secure alignment of product plans with key stakeholders (channel & marketing heads) - Present to and coordinate with approving bodies (PDC, Region)
• Analyze product performance trends, portfolio gaps and opportunities
• Facilitates product-related committee such as Product Development Committee (PDC) and Product Implementation Committee.
• Facilitate Adhoc projects depending on business requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Economics or related course Experience
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience preferably in the field of Product Management or Marketing;
• Special skills: Excellent strategic & analytical thinking, Project Management skills, marketing skills, creativity, Leadership & interpersonal skills, Excellent presentation and communication skills, Very good planning & organizational skills, Strong knowledge on insurance products
