JOB SUMMARY：

• Supplier and Develop project sample management

• Competitor tracking

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Follow up new product development project, contact with R&D, design and purchasing department. Communicate with vendors for product quality and delivery date.

• Give feedback and update relevant documents timely according to new products schedule.

• Raw material (fabric, swatch) collection, classify and preservation in new products research and development.

• Update progress chart for the new product developing, help supervisor and other department on project plan.

• Update and maintain R&D database.

• Collecting competitor’s data and provide analysis reports according to project requirements.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY：

• New ideas gathering, development controlling, modification.

• Sample follow-up, mass production product quality tracking, data maintenance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education

• College degree or above, good communicating skills and solid work attitude.

• Good command of English in reading and writing, at least CET-6.

• Able to read and write relevant English report, use English in daily work.

Work experience

• At least 2 year working experience, design background, project management or R&D experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and able to work carefully, willing to work under pressure.

• Business trip is accepted, need to visit supplier, stores, do marketing research and so on.

• Have good learning ability and positive attitude.

Knowledge& Skills

• Familiar with product management or project management procedure.

• Skilled in operating in Office/CAD/PS.

• Familiar with PPT and Excel, be able to do simple data analysis.

• Excellent communication skills and good ability of language organization.

• Strong sense of responsibility and Executive Ability, learning positive.
