• Collect customer needs and market trends to provide a feasibility analysis for the development or introduction of new products
• Sales team process and policy management

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Engineering, Architecture related
• 8+ years related working experiences in construction material industry with 5+ years experiences in sales management
• Good communication skill, interpersonal relationship and learning ability
