Dalian is home to DMTM, Intel's first memory fabrication site. DMTM is a state of the art memory maker and manufacturer, its 3D NAND Chip was born to shake up the market with its low cost and higher performance technology. Intel Dalian is rapidly expanding its 3D NAND high volume manufacturing facility, and now we are seeking for many strong candidates to join PQE department.

Job responsibility:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Problem solve, develop and optimize the product test flow to maximize silicon and unit level yield, improve test marginality;

• Responsible for production support with respect to technology development, device specifications, manufacturing etc

• Responsible for optimizing device production related to cost constraints

• Partner with other engineering, manufacturing groups to develop and ensure successful product qualifications;

• Develop wafer level test capabilities for quicker data turn around, and real time feedback and drive for process improvement;

• Provide electrical failure analysis (EFA) and solve critical technical problems using lab tools and able to drive for process improvement with PFA results

• Lead cross functional teams to solve critical technical problems through various phase of product development, manufacturing and ramp up.
  

  Qualification (Knowledge and skills required)

• Minimum 6 years of direct experiences in Product engineering/Yield analyses/design/testing experience

• Deep understanding of NAND product, operations, process

• Extensive experience in 3D NAND probe and unit burn test flow is preferred

• Experience in electrical failure analysis, hands-on experience is required

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Semiconductor process coursework and/or experience

• Experience working in teams and ability to work well with others

• Course work in VLSI design and semiconductor device physics

• Good communication skills

• Self-motivation and enthusiasm

• Good data mining skills

• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English

Education (Desired degree & major)

• Must have a Master/ PHD in Electrical engineering, Computer engineering, or engineering/science in related field.
