Eaton’s Power Components Division, a leader in the Molded Case Circuit Breaker industry within the Americas region of the Electrical Sector, is looking for a Product Integration Engineer. This position is based at our Moon Township facility. Relocation assistance will be provided. Position Overview: The Product Integration Engineer will support the marketing and integration of the Power Defense line of MCCBs into OEM and Interunit customers. The primary functions of the position is to create, support, and implement the value propositions to generate demand for Power Defense MCCBs, develop material to support the integration of the Power Defense products and facilitate integration work with customers, develop customer specific plans including resource requirements for the integration work, all while leveraging Eaton resources as appropriate to achieve the objectives set forth in the integration plans. In this function you will: Implement and help refine customer specific Power Defense transition plans with the buy-in and support of the applicable NAS resources. Provides technical and commercial product support for Series C, G and Power Defense molded case circuit breakers by responding to customer technical requests including product applications, interpreting customer product specifications, and drawing requirements. Provide application insight into customer quality issues. Project manage customer transition process by developing specific project plans for individual customers that are aligned to Eaton’s goals and the customer’s needs. Execute those project plans by leveraging Eaton’s and the customer’s resources; forecast and communicate progress and expectations accordingly. Supports cross-functional efforts related to Power Defense product development, leveraging engineering and supply chain teams to drive timely completion of new product launches. Supports product line 3yr – 5yr strategic roadmap by conducting voice of customer Collaborates with engineering teams to supply customer application use cases that can be used cases for molded case circuit breakers Supports development and implementation of both strategic and profit plan objectives for molded case circuit breakers Manages and support day to day customer and tactical activity as needed (order expedites, plant load planning, supporting warranty administration, etc.); coordinate large-scale orders/projects to maximize on-time delivery & customer satisfaction. Drives sales and orders reporting to support order entry and sales forecast/flash Instructs customers how to locate, select, and download component and assembly drawings for use in their platform development. Leads development of technical content such as application notes, manuals, and design guides, while supporting the creation of marketing collateral including presentations, price lists, product aids, new product launch materials, electronic sales tools, and catalogs. Engages targeted end-users to drive specification of Eaton components, thus creating demand for Eaton across multiple OEMs and interunit customers. Minimum of (3) Three years’ experience in sales, marketing or engineering Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or marketing from an accredited institution 5 years of experience in sales, technical support, marketing or engineering We provide benefits that are industry competitive and focused on employee well-being.
