This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead the quick turnaround of prototype samples to achieve on-time delivery of design freeze. Facilitate and contribute the design to manufacturing activities Work with material, process, and design leaders to complete the product performance thru development, pilot, and PPAP (including handoff to production team). Coordinate technology information transfer between RD and cross-function team. Facilitator of ongoing product review, risk mitigation, lessons learned, and product/design standards. Continuously look for opportunities to find creative solutions to product hurdles. Qualifications Education level required Master or Doctoral degree. Master's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. 0-1+ years' experience in an advanced concept development/product innovation role. Proficient English Language Technical skills Basic Qualifications • Good skills for communication • Knowledge of fundamental research and product development. • Excellent written English report Preferred Qualifications • Project Management, Patent Analysis, 6 Sigma, Statistical Process Control, 8D problem solving.
