Job Description
Responsibilities
- Product maintenance & improvement (PMI) of mass-production parts, screw-in and part-in-body cartridge valves, die-casting covers, for global SVS plants.
- Perform Pre-Manufacturing-Review and PPAP tasks with local and global suppliers
- Performs PVPR test to ensure performance and endurance expectations are met
- Use PLM system to initiate Change Management process and its execution
- Works closely with BU Sales and S&M to identify customer needs and critical deliverables
- Develops design concepts and detailed product and component design in both PMI and PDP project
- Leads the Design FMEA activities and defines the critical design features
- Use PLM system in the product development process (PDP) including CAD models, product and component drawings, testing specifications, test reports, FMEAs and meeting minutes
- Maintains cooperative and productive working relationships and communications with all employees, participating effectively as a team member. Encourages and assists in self-improvement.
- Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering
- At least 3 years working experience in hydraulic field; experience of designing hydraulic valves.
- Familiar with CFD and FEA analysis
- Good communication skill and team work.
- Good oral and written English.
