Core responsibility

? Product management (product capability, lead-time, solution package) rive growth of the respective product lines;

? To plan and drive new product launch into the market and manage the profitability of the new product. Tracking of new products’ profitability and sales trend. Drive market introduction (flyers, catalog, etc.) of new products and technologies as required.

? Performance test and provide necessary application and technical support to the field.

? Work closely with line manager to identify business development opportunities for CA&TW products in Engineered Accounts in China;

? Provide Thin Wheels and Coated Abrasives product solutions to Engineering Accounts channel, in market segments like precision cast Foundry, Kitchenware, Transportation etc, in coordination with relevant Platform Managers

? Work closely with line manager to support customer needs and develop the potential

markets with Sales team

EHS related responsibility

• Follow the company’s EHS rules, participate the company’s activities on EHS training and drill. etc.
• Introduce the EHS policy and all the measurement indicators to the public and team member.
• Promote the safety culture through effective communication, execute the award and punishment policy.

Summary responsibility

• Any other tasks assigned by the Superior.

• Typical Education Level

Bachelor's Degree or above, engineering background like mechanical engineering or material engineering.

• Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：

Over 1-2 years’ work experience in industrial area

Good English skills in oral and written

Good office software skills

CAD knowledge (plus)
