Define engineering strategy

I analyse my scope's competitors, patterns, technologies and products data book I define the 3 years targets & strategies of my policy for my perimeter or my sport I synchronize our strategies & target with PAC POC,industrial policy,PDC

Follow engineering strategy

I understand & implement the targets & strategy of my perimeter's policy I check and challenge each functional specification to confirm project feasibility I set up external partnership contracts,

Define and shape the technical solutions

I translate use specifications into technical specifications I characterise the functional expectations (FA)

I create and choose the structure and material I drive the mock up creation to validate the functional expectation I initiate the tech pack to precise technical, economic feasibility I guarantee my products' freedom to operate and exclusivity

I define better choice to improve the environmental performance (components, process, ...)

Provide technical data and sample

I adapt & validate my design to optimise industrial production (productivity/capacity/capability/lead-time & price).

I complete product's Validation Plan

I finalize component referencing (all referencing for component part & component for FG)

Validate functions of the product

I develop a functional prototype.

I ensure that my product meet country standard

I ensure that functional prototype is conform to PVC ( use, legal, product benefit, field function test ... )

I provide a clear & complete specification

I improve my product environmental impact in accordance with my environmental strategy
