Main Objective
- · Ensure continuous and fast liaison between Joint Venture Factory, RD Mexico and Germany, providing production support during ramp up and running series for issues related to ELECTRIC / ELECTRONIC components and POWERTRAIN.
- · Lead failure analysis and troubleshooting process, for complex issues related TO product topics, which could not solve or find the root cause during 1st and 2nd intervention, adopting the concept of WAT (Werkabsicherungsteam*) responsible for electric / electronics issues.
Functions and responsibilities
- · Support production and drive the deep fail analysis related to product topics, product deviation and documentation manage the troubleshooting process and ensure a transparent reporting towards all counter parts
- · Manage the product software update application (FLASH) according to NCM (New Changes Management) and RD Germany requirements
- · Release product rework instructions related to Electric / Electronic components and Powertrain issues.
- · Perform the analyses to the technical reports of RGA vehicles related to electric / Electronic and powertrain issues.
1. Education
Industrial Engineering sciences or related studies (B.S., B.A.)
2. Language(s)
English technical and business fluent (mandatory)
German technical and business fluent (desired)
3. Work Experience
3 years or more related professional experience, and experience in Automotive Industry
4. Professional Knowledge
Project Management, Quality and After Sales departments. Deep knowledge in product documentation system and Assembly processes.
Skilled in the MS Office applications (Outlook, Access, Power Point, Word, Excel)
