Job content:

1. Be an interface between designer and process engineer to improve product quality and ensure the success.

2. Yield improvement with Process engineers on solving the yield related problems by process & SRAM optimization.

3. SRAM and e-fuse characterization and failure analysis.

4. MtM and derivative technology development.

5. Work with customer for product development.

Preferred Experience:

1. Bachelor or obove in EE, Physics, Materials science, Optics Engineering.

2. SRAM experience or knowledge is preferred.

3. Familiar with semiconductor devices is preferred.

4. Experience of Product engineering, Integration, circuit design related field.
