Job Description:

• Working closely with the TSMC PDK team, develop QA methodologies to verify all features in PDK.
• Working closely with the TSMC flow team and Virtuoso front-end PE to verify simulator and model card.
• Working closely with the TSMC flow team and Virtuoso back-end PE to deliver all new features to TSMC.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledgeable in UNIX and Windows
• Basic knowledge in Semiconductor manufacturing
• Basic knowledge in IC layout
• Ability to work individually or with a small distributed team
• Ability to communicate in English
