管理新产品的导入，在新产品导入之后的生产过程中提供技术支持

与设计、工艺、测试、可靠性和制造工程部门合作解决产品和生产相关问题

开发、维护和改进测试工艺以降低生产成本并提高成品率

理工科专业，2020届毕业生，微电子/电子/材料/化学/物理/机械/自动化/仪器仪表等相关专业优先；

具有工作热情和强烈的责任感；

良好逻辑思维能力，团队协作精神以及沟通的技巧；

良好的英语听说能力。
