Responsibilities:

• Lead team for investigation of defects from production line and customer service for all products under mass production, including customer complaints, production defects;
• Improve the product design by resolving design cases continuously;
• Lead Technical knowledge transfer during the product transfer from headquarters, set up the local production process and perform relevant training. Analysis and resolve technical problems during transfer and make final approval of the new production line;
• Technical support for supplier quality issues from Quality department;
• Lead test and approval for parts within localization project;
• Lead ECM process and make sure all Engineering changes are managed well. Continuously optimize ECM process;
• Ensure good quality of technical documentation released by team;
• Support work of Product Engineering team, ensure good and uniform work flow both inside the team and with cross-function team;

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, major of mechanical/industrial engineer or other major relevant;
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience (including at least 3 years’ managerial role) in the manufacturing environment of final product;
• Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively, Having work experience in foreign company is preferred;
• A good team-player with hard working, carefulness and accountability;
• Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.
