Application Development/Customer Engineering

• Manage customer request and sales opportunity for product selection, customer specification and application condition, which including application equipment/shrink machine.

Product Development/Product Engineering

• Manage product specification and standard cost, which including packaging specification, part no. in IFS, support customer request and operation SOP

Material Development/Material Engineering/R&D

• Raw Material localization and cost reduction, develop new supplier for exist compound
• Create development process of compound, and build compound inspection and control system

• Develop new material for product performance improvement or new design or other purpose

Engineering Management/Project Management

• Manage product engineering strategy, department objective, people development and monthly report, also include admin, HR, training and objective and performance review

• Manage project and cross function procedure, also responsible for global cooperation in China, include global project, key project and small project

Job Requirment:

• At least 10 years work experience as product engineering or product development area, foreign enterprise experience is prefer

• Chemical or material science background, strong technical knowledge of plastics, processing, cross linking

technologies, heat shrink tube area is prefer

• Understand compounding process of polyolefin or other engineering plastic material, familiar with formulation design is prefer

• Strong ability on project management, result driving and timeline, good at PM, APQP, DFMEA and DFSS, etc

• Good communication skill and good command of written and verbal English

• Have good ability on building department organization, people management and development. Mature management and leadership skill

• Global perspective on function cooperation, good at cross-function communication and coordination

• Strong business sense, strategy and marketing awareness

• Framework to thinking, have ability to create procedure process system, manage and develop business department
