职位描述

JOB OBJECTIVE:

• Develop EUKANUBA pillar strategy and commercialization activation
• Work owner of event and recruitment activity, define the strategy to align with pillar portfolio strategy and support pillar business growth
• Well planning and execution to achieve KPI target
• Merchandising management to support brand communication and portfolio strategy
• Develop perfect store and assortment plan to support pillar business growt
• Eukanuba strategy Plan development
• Developing Eukanuba annual plan for SPT pillar
• Develop quarterly activity plan base on annual strategy to ensure biz growth
• Develop related marketing tools & communication materials according to China local needs, and conduct successful roll out
• Event plan
• Define event strategy
• Develop and design event plan to meet objective
• Operation and execution to cooperate with cross function
• Evaluate and feedback
• Recruitment Activity
• Developing recruitment program and mechanism to link with CRM
• Work with sales team to work out execution plan and cascade program
• Activity tracking & review
• merchandising management
• according to consumer understanding and HQ merchandising guideline to develop local merchandising plan and perfect store program and deploy to different store type
• work with agency to design exterior and interior merchandising image
• Budgeting & ROI: Control related budgets. Assess the result and ROI. Ensure the cost is in line with the budget.

任职条件

• At least 6-8 yrs marketing experience in multinational company ,baby food related industry is a plus
• Good communication skill and presentation skill
• Fluent MS-office user
• Good command of English
• Budget control & tracking system building capability
• Bachelor degree or above
• A self-motivator, willing to challenge status-quo
• Able to manage complexity; dealing with ambiguity
• Quick learning.
• Good communication skill with cross region/function team
• Good at coaching team
