Be responsible for developing new production lines, leading all aspects of the operations activities related to new product introduction and changes in produced parts.
You are responsible for
Part of a team of Engineers that are involved in complex multi-functional Operations Product Industrializations and/or Transfer projects on single or multi-site until project closure (PC)
Process owner for the processes in the relevant area like process validation. Ensures compliant work and provide sufficient quality to keep up-to-standard. Keeps abreast of new regulations and assess impact for own work
Oversight Process and Manufacturing Requirements based on Product Specifications and Test Requirements from R&D.
Ensure Process and equipment capability that meets these Requirements
Orchestrates design for lean manufacturing with according inputs to PDLM workflows.
Implementation of PDLM Driven design changes in Philips factories and at suppliers
MF BOM (M-BOM) and routing Master data until release to shipment and for PDLM ruled changes
Establishing Inspection and Test Criteria for Philips owned components and assemblies for implementation of design changes in Philips factories and at suppliers
Executes the processes and standards in adherence to compliance with safety, regulatory- and environmental requirements as well as local laws , Philips General Business principles and other policies
Apply lean manufacturing principles

You are a part of
CT/AMI Industrialization Haifa team.
You will be working closely with teams from other functions like manufacturing, quality, supply chain and R&D, cross-functional project teams locally and globally
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant B.Sc. degree (preferred: Electronics, Physics Engineering)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial / manufacturing engineering
Strong understanding of technical context and project management
Strong communication skills with appropriate documentation methodologies
Able to resolve complex issues in creative ways and influence stakeholders accordingly
Fluent English
Knowledge of project costs estimation techniques etc. - an advantage
Process rigor and discipline in program and quality system execution, including product documentation systems and according applications - an advantage
Familiar with state of the art manufacturing technologies in medical industry - an advantage
