#### Position Description:

Partners, Sales, and process stakeholders.
Professional Services provides a service to our Customers whereby Lenovo will
install the purchased products at Customer location.  You will be responsible
for the following:

• As Program Specialist you will lead the execution a service including
costing, proposal support, performance management, and process improvement
• A Program Specialist needs to be responsive to Customer and Sales, while at
the same time, efficiently coordinating completion of orders in backlog with
Partners
• Follow standard processes for the execution of service
• Track the completion of each service ordered
• Order’s status checking
• Ensure service delivery expectations are met or exceeded
• Receive feedback from Sales and Customer
• Support the Sales team with proposals

#### Position Requirements:


Qualifications for this position include the following:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Fluent in English. Other language experience is beneficial.
• Be a detail-oriented
• Experience operating a process or delivery of service
• Must have a Customer-centric attitude when delivering service
• Experience with operations with focus on problem-solving soft skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse multinational work environment

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1150 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
