Job Summary:

Product Launch Engineer for customer projects successfully launch in plant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for cost, quality and timing of project by professional project management method
2. Calculate and evaluate plant investment cost and feasibility for machine, fixure and headcount based on customer requirements and project design
3.  Lead and coordinate cross-functional departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Quality, and Purchasing) to ensure customer project successfully launched
4. Lead special projects (MAE projects, relocation projects, etc.) as project manager
5. Lead problem solving when project has problems
6. Lead customer visit, support customer audit and additional requirement
7. Responsible for plant PVA/TEK coordination and calculation
8. Control and monitor project status and report project status to management review meeting
9. Window person of internal and external interface between PjM and MG area.

1. Master / Bachelor
2. New graduator
3. Strong ownership and communication skills, willingness to take tasks
4. Fluent English both in oral and written
5. Experience in an international manufacturing environment in automotive industry
