You will work closely with colleagues from neighbouring product management and Portfolio management departments, sales, engineering and development around the world to support customers and partners in the efficient implementation of specific business processes with standard products. You will represent SIEMENS in the field of network control technology at customers, customer meetings and conferences as well as at work in funded research projects, working closely with partners such as energy suppliers, universities and research institutes. You accompany and supervise selected development projects according to our agile PLM process, supervising the development of new products and systems. As part of the business and portfolio strategies, you define and prioritize the requirements for further or new development of selected products to ensure a competitive, profitable and growth-oriented business. You collect, analyze and evaluate market trends, market information and customer-specific requirements. Your profile to change the world of tomorrow with us: You have completed an engineering or industrial engineering degree with a master's degree in a relevant field of study (electrical, automation, energy technology or engineering informatics). You have many years of professional experience in development, product management or engineering in the use of I&C systems and higher applications of grid analysis and optimization in the field of energy transmission, distribution and generation (preferably from the Digital Grid portfolio). You know the tasks and challenges of energy suppliers in the energy transition and the important role of control technology and automation in energy transmission, distribution and generation. You are characterized by expertise in introducing innovative products to the market in cooperation with global organizations. You already have experience in the application of agile methods. You have basic knowledge in the areas of marketing, business administration, negotiation techniques as well as presentation and presentation techniques. You have already gained leadership experience in leading and motivating virtual teams, project and quality management as well as in requirements management. The willingness to undertake occasional business trips as well as very good German and English skills round off your profile.
