Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with FSO, Engineering and other function groups to support customers with AMAT service contracts, help to improve quality of service and win customers trust
  • Manage service contract tool related technical issues by working with multiple groups to expedite problem statement, RC analysis and solutions for escalations
  • Participate in regular service contract review meetings with customers to ensure unimpeded communication with customers for service performance
  • Help to identify areas for CE skill up opportunities
• Tracking service contract performance, identify areas of improvement and help needed
  • Tracking/analysis details of field contract tools performance in production
  • Promote GPST, repaired, refurbished parts qualification by customers
  • Identify opportunities for contract cost reduction and margin improvement
  • Feedback learning and issues from field to headquarter engineering teams for continuous product improvement
  • Qualify and fan out tool performance improvement from share learning with other PLM in SBU
• Summarize learning from service work and voice of customers, identify high value problems to help defining criteria of next generation service product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering/science related major
• 10+ Years of Experience
• Experience in technical roles (Product Support, Engineering) required. Field operation experience is highly preferred
• Experience on Etch tools preferred but not required
• Additional experience in service product, or product management preferred but not required
