To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E We’re now looking for a Product Line Manager who will own the intrinsically safe Product Lines, guiding the success of the products across the portfolio and at the heart of the cross-functional team that is responsible for developing and improving the products and customer experience. This position can be based anywhere in Erope region with international travel as required. Your main responsibilities: Driving growth for product line business in core and diversified markets by defining new opportunities and delivering on strategic and tactical plans to turn new opportunities into profitable business growth Lead a program of Voice of the Customer for core and new markets, accumulate market knowledge of key targeted sub-segments, identify attractive Use Cases with critical customer values and related competitive offerings Guide the product development roadmap with focus on connectivity, design, digitisation and cybersecurity innovations to guide key technology projects from the specification of market requirements to the launch and post launch of new products Developing an integrated strategic marketing plan to optimise our impact in the marketplace, working with local and central marketing teams on new campaigns Understanding competitive offerings and position designated products appropriately for maximum impact. The PLM will continually monitor global business conditions, including regulatory and advisory bodies and suggest ways to adapt to them to ensure a competitive market position Developing an appropriate supply chain and operations strategy for the portfolio of products in cooperation with the senior PLM and other regional leaders to meet business objectives Champion a balanced scorecard and holistic approach to growing the product line across multiple generations and creating engaging customer experiences Developing policies for pricing and sales strategies, interpreting and adapting to global market conditions by understanding product/market trends and dynamics, and how it impacts global pricing, demand, and market/supply chain analysis to be competitive Developing and implementing global tactical sales plans in cooperation with PLM leadership, Regional Sales Directors and Sales Product Specialists Qualifications Your essential skills we're looking for: Previous experience as a Product Line Manager in either industrial automation or process control product lines - ideally working for multi-national companies Desirable experience with End users and/or Engineering and Procurement Contractors, DCS's & System Integrators Technically competency, ideally within the hazardous area environment or process control - being eager to learn more technical details of product lines, understanding certification and legislation issues in and around that area Effective communicator at all levels - skilled in delivering formal presentations Strong ability to influence, externally and internally in a matrix organisation What we offer to you: Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Inclusion & Diversity - Openness to diversity widens our access to the best talent.
