Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Management Group Manager for its Miami, Florida location.

Duties: Support Citi’s U.S. Retail Bank & Mortgage business and contribute to development of IPB products, including Citi’s Personal Investment Legal Vehicle (PILV). Devise strategies to streamline PILV client on-boarding and account management processes. Devise tools, operational procedures and strategies to reduce the duration of the entity account opening process. Coordinate with Citi’s cross-functional Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance and Onboarding businesses on process changes to more efficiently create entity accounts. Design and coordinate product change management process, and framework for product change approval, execution, and post-implementation monitoring. Analyze banking products including checking, interest checking, money markets, savings, Certificate of Deposit accounts, packages value proposition, and payment solutions (credit & debit cards, online money transfers); monitor controls including PICs and Trusts products. Analyze and maintain controls for Product Programs, Record Retention requirements, collaborate with legal and compliance regarding new controls. Maintain internal records; perform internal audit reviews and interface with internal auditors and regulators. Ensure execution of product Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). Involved in product design, pricing, fees, positioning, marketing, campaign development, pricing and rate exceptions for new products and banking services, and MIS & Controls for deposits and payment solutions product offering. Contribute to banking fees and rates strategy. Formulate and drive regional business targets and growth strategies to increase product penetration. Implement product distribution strategy; establish and maintain product referral pipeline. Monitor U.S. and LATAM banking activities generating business through PILV accounts. Devise segmentation strategies to guide bankers in making referrals to appropriate providers. Train bankers on PILV product area and maintain inventory of IPB product training materials.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Banking Product Manager, Compliance Officer or related position involving banking product management. 8 years of experience must include: Banking product platforms; Banking and credit regulatory framework; Interacting with internal auditors and regulators; Assessing offshore client banking needs; Defining and improving operational flows for banking products; Project management activities; and Internal controls. 4 years of experience must include: Developing, launching, maintaining and improving banking products and services; Personal Investment Company (PIC) and Trust services; and Managing profitability of banking products.
