The Product Management, Manufacturing - Production Coordinator is primarily responsible for the planning and execution of the new products and change management in Manufacturing. They have to coordinate with the experts in the cross functional team to ensure the Prototypes and pilot runs are execute within the planned timelines of the projects Create the Production Run Plan for PCBA/Device Coordinate with the CFT for the tools/fixture/pallet development before the Production run for Change Management and New Product Introduction Coordinate the NPI run withing the planned timeline Responsible for collecting, discussing and ensuring the issues observed during the production runs Coordinate FMEA for the products along with CFT Data validation Problem solving using various Quality driven tools (Six Sigma, 8D, etc.) WE DON'T NEED SUPERHEROES, JUST SUPER MINDS! We are seeking for a Bachelor of Degree in Electronics or Electronics & Communication with 1-2 years of experience or a Diploma in Electronics with 3-4 years of proven track record and experience of production and project coordination . This job is based out of Goa. Strong planning and coordination skills Production knowledge - PCBA and Device Knowledge of IPC standard Knowleged of SAP Knowledge of Microsoft tools Proven team player, high on collaboration with partners.
