JOIN US! WE MAKE REAL WHAT MATTERS. THIS IS YOUR ROLE. The opening is for Product Management and Technical sales for the FID portfolio and to be based in Gurgaon. The desired qualification is B.Tech-Engineering and experience of ~10 year in the relevant field of Field devices. Has knowledge of business planning process, support of value chains, development of market offerings, promotions, pricing and offer and operational marketing. The JD and requirements are as under: Application knowhow for Field Devices (FID)- Valves and Actuators, Sensors, Thermostats, Damper Controls Sales targets achievement for Order intake and revenue assigned for the Business unit for the product segment. Business Development Activities for consultant engagement, key account management for new customers additions to create pull for the product with increased specifications and improve market share. Market intelligence for competitive environment, investigate current activities of customers, new market and opportunities and prepare a coordinated market plan with well-defined go to Market Approach. Support for execution of the plan in the required time frame. To build, motivate, develop, coach and train sales personnel with the correct skill sets for competency development for value selling. Sales support for product domain for technical support, optimization, compliance, and joint customer visits for technical selling. Standardize the Presentation Materials, Collaterals, Sales Arguments, Value Documents, Specification-Sheets, White-Papers, References and prepare a standard Sales Kit in FID Implementation of marketing activities within allotted budget to conduct Consultant and Customer seminars, Road shows and other Exhibitions as and when participated Product portfolio strategy for new product introduction, Phaseout strategy and relevant support for the lifecycle of the product for new markets and business plan. Identify product gaps and recommendations/arguments to fill the gaps. To conduct a scheduled sales review meeting with regional sales team for synergy, opportunity transfer, identifying sales gaps and develop plans for target achievement.
