Job Description

Product Management Infotainment
• lead & specify portfolio and offering concept/strategy
• responsible for MBUX Infotainment and components incl. ADAS, local contents affecting cross car lines
• responsible for lifecycle management of each head unit generation and its features aligned with offering strategy within entire product portfolio
• reach agreement on pricing of responsible products
• manage the relevant decision process (considering line up, pricing, volume, special equipment) to create positive business cases
• support Quality Management testing in collaboration with MB HQ and RD Korea as a representative of MBK sales/market
• support cross-carline projects/reporting

Product Management Mercedes me Connect (MMC)
• lead & specify service portfolio and offering concept/strategy
• define each Mmc release scope and localize legal documents
• product & service pricing for new products on Mercedes me store
• market coordination with MB Headquarter on MMC topics
• initiation of legal assessment for new upcoming product/services
• investigate & initiate new products with local suppliers for market specific services
• align and inform of official connected vehicle data information to authorities in alignment with MBK stakeholders
• monthly MMC pairing reporting
Product Communication
• ensure necessary level of product information at all internal departments and at dealer network
• initiate and influence regular exchange on product related topics
• steer and ensure alignment of relevant departments (Retail/AMG/Marketing/Public Relations/External Affairs & Homologation/Customer Service/Finance) to prepare successful market launch and/or product changes of respective products
• ensure accurate and timely provision of product information for proper alignment with short- and mid-term volume planning
• represent brand and respective products in internal and external events
Market & Product Analysis
• analyze competitors and investigate opportunities to strengthen product positioning
• identify key market and product issues and priorities for offering strategy in order to ensure attractive & competitive products according to market/customer needs
