Overall Objectives
Assistant Product Marketing manager is responsible for GTM strategy and identifying new business opportunity in industry with deep understanding of product and consumer.
Activities/ Tasks
1. Identify business opportunity via fully understanding marketing landscape, Consumer insights and category know how and Bridging what is needed from consumer to what is possible from technical side and be able to propose different business model scenario
2. Work on the go to market plan of some key products (incl positioning , pricing strategy etc),
3. Work with channel manager to drive the product roll out nationally with proper display and able to expand the business model to other geography.
4. Design and execute product promotions base on the business needs
5. Provide support to retail/project/online team with product information and product training
6. Lead the small new product launch projects from product plan, product development and product launch.
7. Support line manager with daily routine work
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree,
2-5years of relevant experience
Experience in product marketing in durable consumer goods
English (Fluent), Mandarin(Fluent)
Good execution and cooperation
Careful and down to details
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Team-working and self-motivated
