Description
- Motivate the related team to ensure that operational strategies are effectively implemented and customer service levels are delivered to the prescribed standards
- Monitor on-going marketing programs and projects and initiate innovative enhancements
- Plan and organize resources for all marketing strategies to ensure that they are being effectively carried out
- Conduct market and product opportunity assessment, and provide pursuit support for strategic new business opportunities
- Collaborate with operation units to provide training and consultation to sale teams on the technical/application issues surrounding products
- Design promotional tools for sales promotion activities and creating branding panels used in varied tradeshows, conference, etc.
- Develop publication plan to build up scientific share of voice on products
- Closely monitor market trend, collect information on competitive products that may influence short-term and long-term brand strategy
- Interact with other internal departments or external organizations to help achieve overall business goals and objectives
- Work out the long term product marketing strategic aim
- Manage your customers by applications and with high communication skills
- Develop new application files for sales team
- Work closely with sales team, provide pre-sales support
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or above with Laboratory Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, etc., Laboratory Medicine background is preferred.
· English skill in both reading and writing is essential. Good English speaking skill is a plus
· Good OA software skills, eg. Excel, PPT, etc.
· 3 years of independent product management experience in MNC
· Working experience in Multi-National IVD Company or consumables is a plus
· Obtains required learning and additional expertise to expand repertoire of skills
· Prioritizes assigned work assuring milestones are achieved
· Focuses energy on meeting key targets to achieve quality results
· Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Strong motivation and initiative in making progress, goal oriented
· Be able to work under pressure, self-controlled
· Systematically gathers relevant information, considers a broad range of issues or factors
· Effectively communicates with external contacts to ensure positive outcomes
· Understands goals, objectives and barriers to achievement for defined area of focus
· Attends external seminars and visits customers and other companies to continue learning
· Uses understanding of the customer's needs and expectations to identify and suggest ideas or enhancements
· Searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction
