• Determine responsible product range planning in order to achieve commercial targets and plans (specifically product mix and price architecture).
• Monitor responsible categories sales performance, find growth opportunites
• Make sure NPD launch on time
• Use knowledge about trends in the market and compitition activities to initiate NPD request
• Closely work with other functions including Sales, Training, PR etc. to ensure communication messages are consistent among different functions
• Monthly product related info maintenace
• Responsible for SMO
• Regularly track and collect competitor information such as distribution, pricing, new product launches, communication messages, etc,
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and regularly maintain marketing calendar in accordance with brand strategies.
• Annual KBC follow up

• University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of product marketing related experience at a multinational company.
• Major in engineering or working experience in building material or durable goods is prefered
• Good spoken and written English & Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Pro-active attitude; Good analytical skill and logic thinking; Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; A team player with strong willingness to learn
• Presentable and possess a strong sense of style
