• This position needs to work with the engineers of the existing and new suppliers to make sure the products can be launched into market on schedule.
• This position also needs to find new suppliers and new products with artwork customization to launch the products under our brands.
• This position would work closely with Product Marketing Manager from Germany to collect feedbacks from markets and customers to improve product features as well as solving technical issues.
• The Responsible product groups are Computer Cables, Copper Infrastructural cabling and Fiber solution.
• Find suppliers for this product group and evaluate them for phasing-in under our product assortment.
• Work with Artwork Team and Product Marketing Team to customize the products in terms of packaging, manual, label and logo changes.
• Responsible for product functionality testing.
• Responsible for project schedule control.
• Carry out price negotiations and price evaluations.
• Work together with suppliers’ R&D department on new product development.
• Check the CE/RoHS/REACH regulation for product and other compliance with international standards and rules.
• Prepare and maintain data sheets, CAD drawings, product description and price information.
• Work with QC Team to maintain quality deliveries according to the Company’s quality standard.
• Work with Germany Product Marketing Team to support solving technical issues from the customer side.

• Responsible for RMA handling and RMA analysis to reduce the RMA rate.
