Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and coordinates implementation for marketing programs for assigned brand(s).
• Cost management for specific brand (s).
• In charge with forecast during business planning process (RBU, ABU, sales phasing etc.)
• Contributes for development and implementation of KEE management plan.
• Lead identification and development of best practice and support adaptation to Local Market.
• Launch readiness and planning of key activities pre/post launch.
• Propose and support design of appropriate programs to deliver excellence in customer experience.
• Input to market research plan and monitors KPIs for brand dashboard.
• Build solid marketing mix through delivery of appropriate channels.
• Act as the face of the organization to customers.

Candidate profile:

• Leadership skills, potential to develop in a more senior role;
• Relevant experience in specialty care businesses, at least 3 years in CVRM TA;
• Medical or pharmacy college graduate - desirable;
• Availability for local travel;
• Flexibility & adaptability;
• Very good presentation skills;
• Passion for customers;
• Comfortable with the ambiguity – but with a proactive capability to shape the market;
• Resilience to work effectively in a fast-changing environment;
• Able to act and influence at a senior level;
• Evidence of excellent skills in communication, influencing and projects tactical management;
• Very good command of English – mandatory.

*Successful candidates will be offered Jr. Product Manager or Product Manager roles, subject to their experience and position to the capabilities grid .
