Track, analyze and explore the rationalization of customerdemand
l 市场相关调研和情报收集并形成报告和展望
Market research and intelligence gathering to producereports and outlook
l 不定期收集市场销售信息、新技术产品开发信息，分析及跟踪竞争对手，定期进行产品分析，吸取行业发展优点
Collect market sales information and new technology productdevelopment information, analyze and track competitors from time to time; Capableof analyzing competitor products and provide regular product update, adaptindustry development advantages.
l 督促解决产品实施过程中可能出现的功能、性能、稳定性问题
Help and solve the problems of function, performance andstability that may happen during product implementation
l 根据需要对公司产品/新品进行样品管理，包括临床试用及收集反馈
Sample management of company's products/new products asrequired, including clinical trials and feedback collection
l 负责销售过程中客户提出的各类产品应用、产品质量问题的解答和处理
Responsible for answering and dealing with all kinds ofproduct application and product quality questions raised by customers in thesales process
l 协助销售部组织、执行学术会议及推广工作
Assist the sales department to organize and implementacademic meetings and promotion
l 协助完成区域内KOL管理/维护工作
Assist in KOL management/maintenance in the region
l 完成上级交办的其他工作
Finish other work assigned by superior


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
l 一年以上医疗器械领域工作经验，具有临床跟台经验，40岁以下，男女不限
More than 1 years working experience in medical devicefield, with clinical experience, under 40 years old, male or female
l 能够熟练使用英文和当地语进行沟通，熟练使用Office软件（Excel，Word，PPT，）
Proficient in English and Local Language, proficient inOffice software (Excel, Word, PPT)
l 对市场发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力关注行业发展和竞争对手动态
Keen insight into market trends and focus on industrydevelopments and competitor dynamics
l 具备一定的业内关系网络（医院，政府相关部门等）和人脉
Have a certain industry network (hospitals, governmentdepartments, etc.) and contacts
l 有创新意识及良好的分析、研判能力
Have the innovation consciousness and good analysis,research and judgment ability
l 有较好的文字表达能力和良好的沟通能力
Good writing skills and good communication skills
l 保密意识强，有责任心，有良好的团队合作精神和敬业精神，能适应出差
Strong sense of confidentiality, sense of responsibility,good team work spirit and dedication, can adapt to business trips
l 有医学教育背景者优先
Medical education background is preferred
l 有工科背景，了解产品结构优先
Engineering background, understanding of product structureis preferred
