In charge of estabalishing the HVB business product management, business case and process MBPM internally
- Proactivley identify the product management process with MBPM intenral stakeholders
- Lead the business case calculation of HVB products
- Lead the HVB business and operation process definition and implemetaton internally MBPM

Lead market oriented product management in whole HVB lifecycle and deliver long-term and short term planning of MBPM HVB products by closely working with BMBS CS & Warranty team, DPTS, and MBPM Controlling, Production and SCM teams
- Strategic long-term HVB products volume planning
- OP volume planning
- EA volume planning

Lead the new business development based on business scope and HVB policies within DAI China to achieve MBPM profitable business growth target
- Proactively identify new HVB based market solution and steer implementation process with BMBS, DPTS and MBPM L4
- Initiate EoP process establishment with BBAC & DPTS L4, and steer reman involvement
- Lead product launch process steering and monitoring to ensure in-time SoS

Corporate with HQs RV product management teams to alliance China and Global product development strategy, and implementation in China
- Proactively corporate with HQs/RV on product management on Reman process and central repair process
- Develop and coporate with BMBS, DPTS & DGRC in China on local product solution

In charge of entire HVB prodcuts order-to-delivery process steering
- Play the role as Key Account to DPTS/BMBS, initiate and facilitate all business topics related to DPTS/BMBS both on reman and repair solutions
- Establish and ensure effective and efficient operation processes in place between DPTS and MBPM
