• Responsible for the market of the Greater China as Product Manager Wiper System, Business Unit role.
• Maintain IAM business. PLCM management for IAM portfolios. Actively drive strategy and support programs with sales for new channel business opportunities
• Perform product and programm management with definition of priorities, taking cost and profitability into account.
• Continuously survey and analyze the markets, OE trend, and competition to derive product strategies
• Develop concepts for new products, evaluate technical and economical feasibility, coordinate with interface departments and prepare decisions. Coordinate the realisation.
• Ensure a competitive market coverage, TOP vehicle coverage and time to market.
• Derive Marketing communication materials supporting Go-To-Market organization in Wiper product sales. Vehicle application management and cataloguing update continuously. 

• Bachelor (or equivalent) or higher degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Foreign country bachelor degree preferred
• 2-3 years experience in Automotive Industry. Aftermarket experience preferred.
• Good technical & commercial/marketing knowledge
• Result-orientated, self-driven, can work with multi-projects in parallel. 
• Language skills English (very fluent in speaking and writing), able to communication with colleagues from India
• Very good skills in MS Office products, including MS project
• Project Management experience required
