Product Manager – Bearings you will be responsible for acquiring and analyzing market intelligence, industry trends and customer needs, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will Plan and execute product development, localization, improvement, and termination.

Your responsibilities

• Contributing to the formation and execution of Product Go-To-Market strategy, acquiring, and analyzing market intelligence, industry trends and customer needs
• Positioning product market, Go-To-Market channel, and pricing system
• Involving in product market business development, product sales & marketing performance follow-up
• Planning and executing product development, localization, improvement, and termination
• Analyzing the product value chain and improvement
• Planning and executing product market promotion
• Managing product market promotion materials
• Acting as a key contact point between the local and global product group on bearing product management

Your background

• 3 years of product management, work experience in industrial products field, proven success in bearing product management.
• Basic product management knowledges and skills (including basic knowledge on Finance, Sales & Marketing, Time management, project management, etc.)
• Capability to deliver results through teamwork and parallel management
• A Mechanical Engineering or marketing related dual bachelor’s or master’s Degree.
• Strong personal leadership, result-driven, market oriented and multitasking
• Good communication skills, business Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Working under pressure, and able to deal with risks and ambiguity
