Your responsibilities
- Contributing to the formation and executing the product go-to-market strategy.
- Acquiring and analyzing market intelligence, industry trends and customer needs, product market positioning, Go-To-Market channel, and pricing system, involving in product market business development.
- Managing product sales and marketing performance follow-up, Product Life Cycle management.
- Planning and executing product development, localization, improvement and termination.
- Working on product value chain analysis and improvement, product market promotion, planning and executing product market promotion.
- Managing product market promotion materials and key contact point between the local and global product group on bearing product management.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
- Must have a degree in mechanical engineering, Marketing related dual bachelor’s degree or master’s degree also preferred.
- 3 years or above experience in product management work experience in industrial products field.
- Business Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages.
- Proven success in bearing product management, basic product management knowledges and skills (including basic knowledge on Finance, Sales & Marketing, Time management, project management, etc.).
- Capability to deliver results through teamwork and parallel management.
- Must have skills like result-driven, market oriented, strong communication skills, multitasking, strong personal leadership, working under pressure, and able to deal with risks and ambiguity.
