Your new responsibilities Manage and shape the global Engineering Software products of Siemens Building Automation as part of a truly international team Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and struggles, and transform your insights into tangible product improvements Collaborate with our global R&D in an agile way, in order to improve efficiency, flexibility and ease-of-use of our products Ensure that our Engineering Software strategically supports a successful Siemens Building Automation business in the years to come Team up with sales and marketing and conduct successful international launches of new products and services Your skills and experience Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, any additional business oriented education would be helpful Consistent track record in the building automation industry, preferably with practical experience in engineering and commissioning of building automation system solutions Several years of experience in product management within the B2B area Conceptual and analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and able to build trust with internal and external partners Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with team members of a broader distributed team The position requires excellent English language skills.
