Job Description

Assists in designing, implementing and evaluating the marketing activities of assigned products within a given product line including distribution channel solutions (may include digital, social media, inside sales). Assists in review of marketing programs and helps implement changes. Assists in analysis of market data to identify key segment drivers. Works  with promotional teams.  

Typical Accountabilities

  • Brand  Plan Preparation and implementation
  • Internal and External stakeholder management, such as medical societies, thought leaders, and patient association.
  • Portfolio life cycle management
  • Development of multichannel approach to market.
  • Analyse market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats.
  • Budget Management
  • Patient Centric Mindset

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Academic background in Business, Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health
  • Experience managing projects

Desirable

  • Experience in relevant TA at least >= 3 years
  • Strong strategic vision
  • Good knowledge of KEE´s and environment
  • Works closely with decision makers to explore innovative value propositions
  • Launch Success (strategy design to implementation)
  • In depth understanding of account planning and customer engagement programme and processes
  • Multicultural mindset
  • Experience in Insight/Market Research
  • Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience
  • Communication / Advanced English
