Eaton’s Filtration Division is currently seeking a Product Manager, Cartridge Filtration to join our team. This position is based at our Chanhassen, MN. Relocation assistance will be provided. Position Overview: Eaton’s Filtration division is a leader in liquid filtration that can help companies improve product quality, increase manufacturing efficiency, protect employees and equipment, and help achieve sustainability goals. We help our customers make liquid products and processes clean and pure whether they are involved in sanitary processes like pharmaceutical, food and beverage; industrial water, petrochemicals, marine, automotive, municipal water, agriculture and construction equipment; or power generation from coal, natural gas, nuclear, hydropower and wind. Eaton is currently looking for a Product Manager for the cartridge filtration line. This position is responsible for profitable growth of Cartridge Filtration product lines globally and secondary product lines regionally, focused on industrial and food and beverage markets. In this function you will: Gather and analyze regional pricing data and implement pricing strategies for cartridge filtration product lines within a region, working with the regional sales teams and the division marketing managers in the implementation of regional strategic pricing. Support division market development managers in developing pricing strategies in our global core markets. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on designs and processes that drive cost-outs with a goal of improving profitability. Develop and drive processes related to product line improvements, product line extensions, and new product development. Lead and support the ProLaunch team on initiatives related to cartridge filtration products. Drive product positioning of cartridge filtration products on a global basis in collaboration with division marketing management. Support market development in product positioning working with the regional sales managers. Utilize Eaton Value Cycle to develop value propositions for all cartridge filtration products. Drive value propositions and value selling with the regional sales organization for cartridge filtration products. Develop processes and analyze data related to the “voice of the customer” for cartridge filtration products on a regional basis. Implement tactics and strategies to meet customer needs within a region. Drive internal product and service standards for cartridge filtration products within the region. Develop standard sales support tools for all cartridge filtration products. Modify standard sales support tools for regional compliance and cultural fit. Support direct sales efforts on strategic and select high dollar opportunities for cartridge filtration products globally. Develop training content for all cartridge filtration products. Perform as part of the regional training team on cartridge filtration products. Participate in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and profit plans for cartridge filtration products on a regional basis. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in the filtration market with at least three (3) years of experience working with filter cartridge products All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution. Minimum of seven (7) years of industry experience in filtration. Understanding of markets, distribution channels, OEM requirements, and brand strengths. Prior experience working with, or leading, cross-functional teams.
