In this role, you will be part of a dynamic product management team that continuously creates customer value and make smart equipment real. This position requires great collaboration skills to work as part of the wider portfolio community and interaction with our R&D, product management team, sales team and directly with our global OEM partners. Our team will be happy to introduce you to our global community Your new responsibilities Create an understanding of the HVAC equipment market for digital application Define requirements for digital application products in the field of HVAC equipment (Heat Pumps, Chillers, Air-Handlers, Roof Top Units and or Pump Stations) based on our Climatix cloud / Edge platform Potentially drive new business models for marketize the new offering Directly lead lighthouse project with key customer Actively cultivate a partner network that will develop their own Digital Application based on our Cloud / Edge Eco-System Be responsible to drive globally our revenue within the team specifically for digital applications Be the key point of gravity between the triangle of customer / sales, our R&D and potential external partners Your skills and experience   Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, advanced studies of business administration or similar education Experience in developing cloud based or Edge based apps with an end-to-end approach, preferable within the B2B business Skills in business workflow analysis and in customer’s requirements definition Be capable to do prototypes: sketching, wireframing and Mockups (e.g.: Wizard of Oz) Understanding of the OT/IT integration, ideally within the building technology industry Experience in product management within an international environment would be beneficial Ability to build trust with internal and external partners and in collaborating in a global organization Willingness and high motivation to learn new and existing technologies and products Good communication skills in English.
