In this newly created ‘job share’ role you will work 3 days per week focused on advancing digital channel capabilities that driving innovation in the Oncology portfolio to improve account and customer engagement outcomes.  You will:

  • Develop and implement omnichannel and digital channel strategy, initiatives and other social innovation tactics that deliver on portfolio and account strategic imperatives

  • Provide strategic support to deliver non-digital core marketing initiatives and lifecycle management

  • Partner with field force to deliver creative campaigns, maximising global core resources that complete via digital, website, mobile, and email/CRM

  • Own digital initiative performance insights and pull through digital channel performance measurement/lessons to assess efficiency of programs and improve overall digital creative strategies

  • Keep up-to-date with latest trends and standard methodologies in online marketing

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and content management (also social media platforms)

  • Demonstrated commercial competence with experience developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies within highly driven markets

  • Experience in monitoring/tracking of digital activities

  • Experience in therapeutic area; Oncology

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with relevant experience with digital marketing managing SEO/SEM, website, social, display, email, and online video

  • Strong knowledge of SEO & Analytics (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics)
