This exciting role offers opportunity to: Setup regional energy storage product and solution strategy Define Go to Market strategy across China and APAC Manage energy transition related offering, including storage UPS, PCS, LiB, system, etc. Define and Achieve Sale and Profit targets of the Energy Transition products across the APAC Meet the sales and profit targets of the Energy Transition products across the APAC Initiative marketing programs to drive energy transition business growth through sale tool and related reference development Analyze market pricing and propose price positioning for new products Constantly identifying business opportunities, market segment, application for existing products and new products Perform periodic reviews of competitors’ products, positioning, channel strategy and price/cost positions to determine key opportunities and selling strategies. Articulate customer needs into product specification (VOCs) Interface with global product line team and the regional stakeholder in Asia to elaborate the global roadmap Work closely with engineering to execute product road map and deliver key products and features to market in a timely manner Localized global platform and act as the APAC product representative leader for APAC market Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and above 10+ years in engineering, marketing, sales, or similar role within the electrical industry, at least 3 years’ experience in Energy Storage industry Familiar with Power conversion and Lithium Battery.
