Product position within leading general insurer.

Your new company
At Hays, we work with industry leaders to search for the best talent within Insurance. At the moment, my client is currently seeking for an experienced product strategist to oversee various product initiatives that will impact the organisation on a grand scale.

Your new role
Reporting to the Department Head, you will work within a specialised team, taking on Product Management, Pricing and Product Planning. You will be responsible for overseeing their GI Product Portfolio, working closely with underwriters and distribution channels, also planning their long-term strategy for their GI business. Working with cross functional departments, you will lead multiple projects leading to the growth and development of the operational structure.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will require at least 5+ years' relevant experience within Product Development or Pricing in General Insurance. Product knowledge in both Personal Communication in both English and Chinese will be needed, spoken and written.
