Eaton’s Power Quality Division is hiring a Product Manager – IT Modular and OT Industrial. This position will be based out of our Raleigh, NC location, or work remotely from an approved home office based in the US. This position will have primary management responsibility for IT Modular (9PXM, BLADEUPS) and OT Industrial (Ferrups FX) UPS products in Eaton’s D-IT portfolio as well as the Replacement Battery packs. This position requires experience with Eaton’s channel partners and unique go to market for both transactional and project sales and engagement. Furthermore, the position requires leading the creation of thought leadership initiatives and NPI that best applies to connected infrastructure in the IT and OT (manufacturing and industrial) space. In this role, you will: Lead the development of launch plans and programs to drive market adoption of new and existing UPS products and solutions. Manage all functional aspects of the products including forecasting, quality/CONC, inventory, system data management and pricing. Provide a technical SME to customers, electrical distributors, datacom agents, OEM’s, End Users and manufacturer’s agents. Communicate market trends, competitive analysis and research to the Product Line Manager and the rest of the D-IT leadership team. Maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with customers and internal sales personnel to drive and assure customer satisfaction and affinity. Work with the marketing communications team to create promotional material including web content, brochures, videos, technical specifications, and SEO campaigns targeted at end users. With Channel Marketing, create partner enablement tools and programs to elevate products and solutions over competitors. Propose process changes that fit our go-to-market strategy and optimize the time to market, cost and product availability. Collaborate with Eaton Digital Office to incorporate Brightlayer suite into product offering and value proposition. Interface with engineering, supply chain and manufacturing on product changes or issue resolution. Develop strategy to maximize sales of Eaton aftermarket batteries that supports the channel. Qualifications Basic (Minimum) Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree from an accredited educational institution is required Minimum 3 years of sales, engineering, program management, or marketing professional experience Ability to travel up to 20% Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
